We offer shipping throughout the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or FedEx. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3-5 business days. We use insulated packaging with ice packs during warmer months to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Yes! We offer elegant gift wrapping options for all our products. You can select gift wrapping during checkout, and we'll beautifully package your chocolates with a ribbon and include a personalized gift message if desired. Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS or FedEx). If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if your order hasn't been prepared or shipped yet.
